1. Promoter

The promoter is JitsBrew, ABN 36 387 801 473, Victoria, Australia. Contact: info@jitsbrew.com.au.

2. Promotional period

The promotion begins at 30 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 30 November 2026. Orders placed outside this period are ineligible.

3. Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, subject to applicable state and territory regulations. JitsBrew owners, employees, individuals directly involved in administering the promotion and their immediate families are ineligible.

4. Entry requirements

Entrants must purchase an eligible JitsBrew Cup + Belt Bundle from jitsbrew.com.au during the promotional period. Each eligible bundle purchased qualifies for one entry. For example, purchasing three eligible bundles earns three entries. Entry is automatic following confirmation of payment. No additional entry fee applies. The regular product price will not increase because of the promotion.

5. Prize details

One winner will receive five JitsBrew Cup + Belt Bundles. Total advertised retail value: $199.95 AUD. The winner may choose their preferred belt colours from White, Blue, Purple, Brown and Black, subject to availability. Prize delivery within Australia is included at no charge. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. Any substitution must comply with applicable trade promotion laws.

6. Winner selection

One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries on 1 December 2026 at 6:00 pm AEDT in Melbourne, Victoria. Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning. Entrants do not need to attend the draw. The draw will use an auditable random selection process and a record of the winning entry will be retained.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied at checkout within two business days of the draw. The winner's first name and surname initial may be published on jitsbrew.com.au on 2 December 2026, subject to applicable privacy and publication laws.

8. Prize claiming and delivery

The winner must provide a valid Australian delivery address and select their preferred belt colours. JitsBrew will endeavour to dispatch the prize promptly and within any legally required timeframe. If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, an unclaimed prize redraw will be conducted in accordance with applicable state and territory trade promotion laws, and the redraw date, time and place will be published on this page.

9. Invalid entries

JitsBrew may exclude entries arising from fraudulent transactions, duplicate system records, or purchases that have been cancelled or fully refunded, to the extent permitted by law. Legitimate entries will not be removed arbitrarily.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, contact the winner and deliver the prize. Information will be handled in accordance with JitsBrew's Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws. Entry does not automatically constitute consent to marketing communications.

11. General conditions

JitsBrew reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent entries and take reasonable action consistent with applicable laws. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

This giveaway is conducted as an Australian trade promotion lottery in accordance with the requirements of each participating state and territory.
