1. Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing from jitsbrew.com.au you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Jits Brew (ABN 36 387 801 473) of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

3. Product Images & Colours

Product images and belt/lid colours shown on jitsbrew.com.au are for illustration only. Actual products may differ slightly in colour, tone, texture or finish from what is depicted due to photography, lighting, screen calibration and small variations inherent in the manufacturing of hand-finished glass cups and silicone bands. Any such minor variation is not considered a defect.

4. Orders

Orders are confirmed when payment is received via Stripe. You will receive an order confirmation email at checkout.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jits Brew is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products. Glass cup — handle with the same care you'd use rolling new white belts.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Victoria.
